I've been interested in holistic health for about thirty-five years and have explored a wide range of modalities on my own journey of recovery from chronic illness. I became aware of my ability to work with healing energy when my son was ill as a child, and have always been fascinated by the non-physical world.

Many years ago, I trained with Reiki Grandmaster Gary Samer and gained 
7th Degree Reiki Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher qualifications. While working in my healing practice, I began receiving intuitive messages for clients, which led to me studying spiritual healing and mediumship with tutors at the Arthur Findlay College in the UK, and in Australia. I'm a full member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. 

 

As I continue to learn, grow and develop, I love exploring how we function as spiritual beings having a human experience. I'm very interested in the vibrational energy of thoughts and emotions, and the impact this has on cellular function and our experience of life. I'm studying how to harness this energy to bring us into alignment with our true selves and our desires, helping us lead joyful, healthy and rewarding lives.
